Today, September 19, a guy who has not yet been recognized drowned after being washed away by intense floods in the Abuke Egba region of Lagos state.
The torrent carried the man away, and he later found himself submerged in a hole. When people noticed him, they made every effort to rescue him from the sea. Online users shared a video of the community members' efforts to try and save the man. Reports state that attempts to save the man were unsuccessful.
