Awolola Charles Adewale is an Eda Oniyo Ekiti born real estate consultant and property manager at Jomav homes and properties, distinguished individual recognized for his exceptional contributions in various sectors, including student unionism, youth development, politics, education, and Advocacy. An international award-winning youth diplomat, special recognition award in student/youth development and community impact.
He earned a B.Eng. in civil and environmental engineering from the most prestigious federal university of technology Akure, FUTA. He is also certified in the school of business and personal development of Jomav Homes and properties. A seasoned professional real estate consultant.
An astute student leader, Awolola has held numerous leadership roles, including the National president of Federation of Ekiti state student union, he served as the honorable representing civil engineering department at the student union representative council where he served and the school Sub-transport committee secretary and Chairman of the Establishment Committee respectively. His legislative intelligence and experience have earned him an appointment as the special assistant on legislative matters to former Nans Ondo jcc Chairman, and also represented Ekiti north Senatorial district at the Nigeria Student Parliament while he’s currently the chief whip of the Ekiti Youth Parliament 4th Assembly.
Hon Charles active participation in politics and in recognition of his capacity and contribution to the success of the electioneering process of his party in ekiti north senatorial district, he was appointed as the Special assistance on youth Development to the senator of the senatorial district.
Awolola is known for exemplary leadership and team management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in building construction as a civil engineer, property management and real estate consultancy.
